LPL 2022 Summer: Teams, Schedule & More

| | , ,

The League of Legends Pro League will be back in the action with its jaw-dropping competition and fast-paced games that lock the audience on the screen. Seventeen teams across China will take place in this epic war to make their way to the World Championship. What defines the LPL is that nearly eight teams have a chance to be champion, so every single team in the league have to show off their best performance to lift the trophy. The LPL 2022 Summer will kick off on June 10 with a potential action-packed series between Invictus Gaming and Weibo.

Teams & Prize Pool

Top ten teams from the regular season will secure their spot at the playoff stage, where teams will be placed in a double-elimination bracket according to their rankings. Total prize pool for the LPL 2022 Summer will be around ¥4.200.000. Teams that can not make it to the playoffs will not receive a share of the prize. Finishing the league in top ten places is not as easy as it looks from the outside. In the previous season, we saw Invictus Gaming could not qualify for the playoffs for the first time in the organization`s history. So you have to be prepared for any surprises before the start of the summer.
