The developers behind the brand new Hitman have finally released details regarding their post-launch content for February. As many Hitman fans will remember, the series has become popular for its extra content, and Hitman 3 is no exception.
This month, fans can expect 2 new escalation contracts in both Dartmoor and Dubai. Dartmoor’s The Baskerville Barney will task you with eliminating the whole Carlisle family in accidents. While Dubai’s The Sinbad Stringent seems to be testing 47s knife-throwing skills with boxes. The contracts will be available on Feb 4th and 18th respectively. Dubai and Dartmoor will also be getting new featured contracts made by YouTubers MinnMax and Kinda Funny on the 11th and 23rd.
Owners of the Deluxe Edition can also expect an extra 2 escalations in Mendoza and The Carpathian Mountains. These contracts also offer exclusive weapons, tools and outfits for players to unlock, to give Deluxe Edition players their money’s worth. These escalations will both be available on Feb 23rd.
But the news that fans have really been waiting for is the upcoming elusive target missions. This month will feature an old elusive target mission set in Sapienza. The Deceivers will give 47 one chance to eliminate two targets without dying. While it’s not a new elusive target mission, many players who failed this mission the first time will enjoy giving it another go. The Deceivers can be accessed from Feb 26th to March 8th.
Finally, IO Interactive have a planned update on Feb 23rd. Since the games launch, Hitman 3 has been plagued with issues. While the game itself appears to be bug free, the servers are not. With many players being unable to log in and PC players still unable to access their levels from Hitman 2. Fortunately IO have been working hard to solve any issues and have been very actively addressing issues on their Twitter. Hopefully this new update will be able to solve the problems players have been experiencing.
Hitman 3 is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Google Stadia and Epic Games.
