Yesterday, the first trailer for ‘George Carlin’s American Dream‘ was released.
A chronicle of the life of the legendary comedian is produced by Judd Apatow and Michael Bonfiglio.
It will be a 2-part documentary, with the first part being released on May 20.

who was George Carlin?
George Carlin was a prolific comedian who got his start in the late 60’s in his hometown, New York City.
Cited by many as “the greatest comedian ever,” whether you agree or not you cannot deny that his influence changed comedy forever.
He was raw, he was honest, he was vulgar, but most importantly, he was absolutely brilliant.
I’m not going to go much more into detail about his career, I’m sure the documentary is going to cover more than I can ever research on my own.
So instead, if you’re unsure of who he was or just want a really good laugh, I’ve shared my favorite George Carlin bit of all time.
